Irish singer-songwriter Hozier has released a racy new video for his single ‘Someone New‘, starring Game Of Thrones actress Natalie Dormer.
Dormer plays a vixen who is always on the look-out for “someone new” in the clip, and gets intimate with four men and a woman in her pursuit of pleasure.
Hozier sings on a small stage throughout, as 33-year-old Dormer gets up close and personal around him in the sleazy nightclub scene, with the video being directed by none other than her own fiancé, Anthony Byrne.
The video follows her walking though London while imagining locking lips with different men she sees on the subway, in a nightclub and on Waterloo Bridge.
The gentle rock rhythm compliments Hozier’s distinctive echoey bluesy vibe, mostly associated with his stand-out track ‘Take Me To Church‘.
Hozier’s debut album is out now through Island Records/Sony Music Entertainment.
