Shortly after the unveiling of first single, ‘Glory Days’, Carl Barat & The Jackals have popped out another single, ‘A Storm Is Coming’.

Directed by long-term Libertine collaborator, Roger Sargent, the video for Carl Barat & The Jackals’ ‘A Storm Is Coming’ has a much more Orwellian feel to it than the Great-War-inspired clip for ‘Glory Days’. Also with a lot more nudity. The video for ‘A Storm Is Coming’ tackles the manipulation of the public by the mainstream media and the ways in which they “are controlled by being in a permanent state of fear and arousal.”

Both ‘Glory Days’ and ‘A Storm is Coming’ have been lifted off upcoming album, Let It Reign, due for release on February 16th through Cooking Vinyl.

The Let It Reign tracklisting is as follows:

‘Glory Days’
‘Victory Gin’
‘Summer In The Trenches’
‘A Storm Is Coming’
‘Beginning To See’
‘March Of The Idle’
‘We Want More’
‘War Of The Roses’
‘The Gears’
‘Let It Rain’
‘The King Is Me’ (iTunes Bonus Track)

Let It Reign is available now for pre-order.
