Aussie DJ, producer, songwriter and now vocalist Alison Wonderland has today announced the release date for her debut album titled Run.
Its been a huge year for the multi-talented entertainer having been added to high rotation on Triple j for her singles ‘Cold’ and ‘I Want U’ as well as selling out loads of club shows and an entire national warehouse tour. And just to top that all off she’s recently been added to the Californian music festival Coachella lineup in April.
Today also was the release date of her latest single featuring The Flaming Lips frontman Wayne Coyne titled ‘U Don’t Know’. The track is an industrial sounding bass heavy trap song featuring vocals from Alison Wonderland herself. Unfortunately Coyne‘s vocal part in the song sounds closer to T-Pain than anything else, so Flaming Lips fans beware. (But let’s be honest, you’ve all been on high alert for years)
Alison Wonderland’s debut album Run is set for release March 20 via EMI.
