Waxhead’s new single and title track off their debut EP Home, has sounds that takes elements from the early Aussie rock scene and slaps them together with chunks of Pink Floyd and Talking Heads.

Produced by George Carpenter, the band recorded drums to 2 inch tape and shipped the EP off to be mastered by the legendary Brian Lucey (The Black Keys, Arctic Monkeys). The results are a warm sound that captures the band’s ferocity of sound when they play live which they’ll be doing throughout November and December on their ‘Home’ east coast tour, kicking off in Lennox Head, NSW.
