AAM are currently offering an amazing opportunity for mid-tier and emerging Australian artist managers, as part of their Manager Mentor Program. The program matches emerging managers with established managers for a hugely valuable twelve month mentorship.

Applications are open now and close on the 9th of October, so get in quick. This opportunity is open to all artist managers around the country. In partnership with Face The Music for the fourth year, AAM are offering exclusive workshops and opportunities for the selected 2016 mentees. The successful applicants will receive flights to Melbourne from anywhere in Australia for an introduction with their mentor and a structured management workshop. They will also have the honour of attending The Age Music Victoria Awards and participate in the Face The Music conference, while also scoring three nights of accommodation in Melbourne.

In the past, the terrific program has boasted high profile mentors including Danny Rogers from Lunatic Entertainment (The Temper Trap, Chvrches, Laneway Festival), John Watson from Eleven Music (Birds of Tokyo, Child Chisel, Silverchair, Gotye), Gregg Donovan from Wonderlick (Boy & Bear, Grinspoon, Josh Pyke), Claire Collins from Bossy (Art vs. Science, D.D. Dumbo), Andrew Stone from Chugg Music (Shepperd, Megan Washington, The Griswolds), Greg Carey from Umbrella Music (The Rubens, Elizabeth Rose, Urthboy, PVT) and Dan Medland from i.e.:Music (Ladyhawke, Passenger, The Bamboos).
