Supporting Mumford and Sons on the East Coast side of their ‘Gentlemen of the Road’ tour, The Vaccines have just announced their own headline show in Brisbane.

With dates already sold out for their Melbourne and Brisbane legs of the tour, this headline show is definitely heading in the same direction.

Following the release of their third album ‘English Graffiti’ in May, The Vaccines have been busy touring Europe and will now bring their high-octane and proper rock’n’roll show to Australia.

The Vaccines burst on the scene in 2011 with their debut album ‘What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?’ which was highly appraised for their blend of retro surf punk, Ramones guitars and Everly Brothers pop hooks. Meanwhile, their new material on ‘English Graffiti,’ embodies elements of their old sound with a new more colourful tone to it.
