Indie poppers The Ocean Party have just dropped a brand new single ‘Greedy.’
A mellow, chilled out track, ‘Greedy’ is set to appear on the group’s upcoming album, Light Weight. Clocking in at just under 2 minute in length, ‘Greedy’ is quick but punchy, with a simple yet addictive opening riff. The track follows on from earlier single, ‘Guess Work,’ which will also appear on Light Weight. ‘Greedy’ seems to channel an ’80s new wave kind of vibe.
The Ocean Party seem keen to be cranking out as much new music as possible, with albums Soft Focus and Split released in 2014 and 2013 respectively, as well as Social Clubs and The Sun Rolled Off the Hills both released in 2012.
