Australian hardcore cult favourites Saviour devastated legions of fans across the country in early 2014 calling it quits and leaving behind a legacy testifying their unrelenting hard work and dedication.

Their debut full-length Once We Were Lions showcased nationally their ability to seamlessly blend together just the right amount of angst and emotionally driven performance with harmony and dissonance, while their follow-up First Light To My Death Bed only further set fire to the hype that surrounded collective, hurling them into momentum and cultivating their fanbase only further.

Joining Northlane on their Springularity tour, gracing stages nationally and seeing to it that masses were converted into Saviour fans the collective shortly after called it quits. With this the thunderous force that was Saviour came and went with as much ferocity as they became renown for during their time as a collective. However, much to the excitement of fans across the country last Friday unveiled the announcement of the much-loved Perthlings reformation.

Perth fans are set to be the first to welcome back the band, with two dates set for late November in their first run of live shows since breaking up in 2014. Amid vast speculation around their reformation the bands official announcement was as followed:
again.

“We feel as if we left so much undone when we stepped away from this band early last year. About 3 months ago we sat down as a group and it became apparent that we had so much more to give. It became apparent that this wasn’t really over. And after what felt like an eternity away from this and each other, we all found ourselves in the same place. Now here we are, alive again.
Over the next 6 months we will be passing into a brand new chapter. A brand new Saviour. Something that we are all very excited about. We can’t wait to show you.
But for now, all we have are these upcoming shows in our hometown. A hometown which has always been there to support us. Come down and celebrate.”
