Indie-pop sensations, The 1975, are currently in production of their sophomore album, and have just released tour dates for 2016.

According to lead singer Matt Healy, the follow-up to 2013’s self-titled release signifies the “end of the most inspiring and challenging time” they have collectively experienced. The album also denotes a new beginning and direction for the band.

The 1975 are set to return on an intimate club tour around Australia early next year.  These smaller shows should be a delight for fans that “really want to be there, or need to be there in some extreme cases.” The band predicts only the “most dedicated” will end up with tickets.

So if you’re a 1975 faithful, or have a severe Matt Healy addiction, be sure to snatch up tickets soon!
