After the release of her killer debut LP Secretly Susan, it was only natural that Sui Zhen would return from NYC to launch her dystopian pastel dreamscape. Receiving warm and cheery reviews from all over the internet, alias Susan is now back in town and ready to deliver her electro lounge-pop grooves through a series of Spring parties.
Throwing two very special events in Sydney and Melbourne, the night will feature her noble live band featuring Alec Marshall (HOT PALMS, Why Don’t You Believe Me Records?) and Ashley Bundang (TOTALLY MILD, ZONE OUT). Guest appearances on congas by Mitch McGregor, alongside some sweet, sweet saxophone by Cayn Borthwick borrowed from NO ZU. If that wasn’t enough for sultry Susan, both shows will charm fans alike with support by ZONE OUT + SANPO DISCO.
