Melbourne’s Sugar Mountain music and arts festival will return to Victorian College of the Arts (VCA) + Melbourne Arts Precinct on Saturday 23 January, 2016.

The festival will expand into the Melbourne Recital Centre, as well as new food and drink offerings with a brand new dining experience Sensory, an immersive restaurant experiment developed in collaboration with boundary-pushers Bomba, Tin & Ed and Cut Copy.

The visual art component is also expanding in with world premieres and exclusive collaborations, as well as the opportunity for a VCA graduate to exhibit via the inaugural Sugar Mountain Art Prize.

The outdoor Boiler Room stage will return and the Sugar Mountain’s ritzy Executive Sweet area moves to a new plush indoor / outdoor locale. In collaboration with Art Series Hotel Group and Pop & Scott, Sugar Mountain is creating a lavish space designed for a bit of luxury R&R. It’ll include a full-service bar, phone charging, concierge service.

So much to look forward to, so without further adieu the Sugar Mountain 2016 lineup…
