Some of Melbourne’s most iconic city buildings are set for a transformation unlike any other during this year’s Melbourne Fringe Festival.

The experimental light and laser installation Sky Light will  transform our cityscape in a four-day coronation of illumination and sound, transcending the everyday and prompting us to consider the physicality of connection and dislocation.

Challenging perspective at every each glance, the Sky Light will span across several city blocks and also be accompanied by a unique electronic composition designed to steer your wander.

The project has been designed and composed masterfully by Melbourne’s very own Robin Fox and is set to take place over four evenings from Thursday September 15 til Sunday September 18.

Thursday 15 – Sunday 18 Sept
Dusk – 11pm
Banks of the Yarra River
Flinders Walk, Melbourne and Southbank Promenade, Southbank
