Melbourne photographer and chef Bas Van Uyen, has mustered his creative forces to write a beautifully shot and exquisitely mouthwatering cookbook titled One Pan Man.

The multi-talented Van Uyen combines his twisted sense of humour with an inspirational story to present a collection of therapeutic recipes, all able to be produced in simply one pan.

The miracle man has pledged to raise $23,880 to print 1500 copies of his book, 500 of which he will donate to two incredible mental health charities The Black Dog (400 copies) and ERMHA (100 copies).

Being a previous sufferer of depression and anxiety himself, Bas Van Uyen is an avid supporter of these organisations and will donate 15% of the remaining 1000 copies of the book’s sales directly to The Black Dog Institute.

You can pledge to the cause via Van Uyen’s Pozible campaign here and pick up a copy of his book here.
