High flying electronic duo ODESZA has gifted us an announcement doubleheader by dropping dates of their forthcoming LP, and confirming a visit to Australia and New Zealand.
The pair will bring their highly sought after live set down south in a three-date stopover, visiting Auckland, Melbourne and Sydney on consecutive nights. The dates will compliment the outfit’s world tour, which touches down in a number of major venues including LA’s Staples Centre and Brooklyn’s renowned Barclay’s Center. The brief stopover will be aptly supported by The Kite String Tangle and Running Touch.
Tentpoling the tour will be the pair’s brand new 16-track LP A Moment Apart, which is penned for release on September 8. Set to feature a plethora of special guests (including the likes of Australia’s very own RY X), the release is set to deliver a refined and sophisticated sound, borrowed largely from the duo’s use airy electronica and inimitable melodic tailorings.
