Accompanying her new track ‘Clip My Wings’ from vocal harmony up and comer, Montaigne, has announced a national tour kicking off the beginning of October through to the end of November.
Co-written, produced and mixed by Tony Buchen (The Preatures, Andy Bull) “Clip My Wings is about attempting to push back against your oppressors,” emphasizes Montaigne. The strong presence of dramatic, dream inspiring vocals further exacerbates the theme of self belief throughout the track. A maturation of the former Triple J Unearthed High finalists alumni’s sound and vocal ability is one that is sure to be welcomed by many.
Montaigne, a name fast becoming cemented in the Australian live music scene thanks to prior sold out national runs, is one you should definitely keep an eye on in coming months.
