They say good things come in threes, and if this is right, then Perth trio Methyl Ethel are destined for very good things indeed!

This week the WA boys have a) revealed new single ‘Twilight Driving‘ b) began a National Tour with San Cisco and c) announced debut album Oh Inhuman Spectacle release date, track listing, and album artwork.

The band’s latest single ‘Twilight Driving’ encapsulates the kind of dazed memory and time-shifting lust for the past that comes with long car rides; a strong image evoked by the twangy guitars and echoey, distant vocals of frontman and namesake Jake Webb.

The song is lifted from forthcoming anticipated debut Oh Inhuman Spectacle set to drop June 5 via Dot Dash / Remote Control Records, and you can catch the band’s experimental pop live set on dates around the country as they continue their tour supporting fellow Perth dwellers San Cisco over the next few weeks.
