Making a strong return from last year, Southbound are back with new dates and a plethora of artists joining the line-up. Due to the devastating damage caused in 2015 by the bushfires in the surrounding areas, organisers of the festival had to call it quits at the last minute and surrendered the event to the conditions.
Recovering from the cancellation, the festival put together a benefit concert that raised $150,000 to donate to those affected in the area. Now with the 27th-29th of December locked in as new dates for years to come, the 3-day camping festival has announced a heavyweight line-up for 2016.
Compiling a list of international and home-grown artists varying in genre, Southbound has managed to snag big names such as Sticky Fingers, The Cat Empire, Catfish and The Bottlemen, ZHU and so many more.
You can thank Southbound for making plans for the festive season that little bit harder. Grab your ticket before everyone else realises how fun this will be!
