Remi has released the music video for his new single ‘XTC Party’ – a space-jammed, wavy-filtered encounter with the artist’s face, all seemingly inspired by Sinead O’Connor.
True to its title, the song details the highs and lows of………
……… ecstasy. Basket-loads of pills periodically engulf the screen, perhaps for the purpose of revealing the song’s meaning; otherwise suavely disguised through lines such as “the pupils of our generation look pretty gacked” and “our reasons for doing drugs, they are scattered”.
‘XTC Party’ is from Remi’s debut album Raw X Infinity, released through his own label House Of Beige.
