The Northcote Social Club is turning ten, and to celebrate they’ve announced a stellar line-up of Aussie talent.

The artists set to wish the venue a big ‘happy birthday’ include Adalita, The Bamboos, Clare Bowditch, Andy Bull, Hiatus Kaiyote and Jebediah, who are themselves coming off the back of a sold out anniversary tour. It’s only fitting that a lineup this good see in such a milestone.

Over the last decade, Northcote Social Club has become a Melbourne music institution. Their band room has welcomed the biggest and brightest local and international talent, including  The Pixies, Midnight Oil, Gotye, The Kite String Tangle, Augie March, Courtney Barnett, Vance Joy, Illy, RUFUS, Something For Kate, Tex Perkins, Sticky Fingers, You Am I and The Preatures, among many more.

And they’ll do so in a new and improved Social Club. After the completion of extensive renovations, the venue will begin celebrations in September.
