Following on from a sell-out headline tour of the US and Canada, brother-sister duo Broods are heading back to Australia this month to join Ellie Goulding on her national tour. The tour will take in all major capital cities in Australia as well as shows in their native country of New Zealand. Broods announced two small side shows in Sydney and Melbourne off the back of these dates, both of which sold out almost immediately.

Having already been announced on the Splendour In The Grass line-up for 2014, the band have now added their own headlining run of national tour dates to cater to their ever increasing Australian fan base.

Since the release of their debut single ‘Bridges’ and their stunning self-titled debut EP produced by Joel Little (Lorde’s GRAMMY winning Pure Heroine producer), Caleb and Georgia have been enjoying enviable international success. Signing multiple deals, with Capitol Records in the U.S, Polydor Records in the U.K, and Island Australia & Universal NZ for ANZ and enjoying a never ending stream of positive reviews from all over the globe, Broods will definitely be on everybody’s radar. If not now, they soon will be.

Having already shared the stage with Haim across the UK, Chvrches across the USA and now Ellie Goulding in Australia next month, the duo have added an impressive bunch of touring notches to their belts. Not bad, considering that they had only played a handful of shows before they headed overseas. These shows in Australia are not to be missed!
