Melbourne-based muso Alex Lahey has announced a handful of festival appearances alongside supporting slots for Sydney-based folktronica artist Gordi.

After launching her debut single, ‘Air Mail‘ at the Old Bar, she scored Independent Artist of the Week on FBi radio and played her first solo show at the Oxford Art Factory.

This month will see Alex opening for Gordi at her hometown show, before ringing in the New Year at Beyond the Valley. Alex has also been confirmed to play at Hills Are Alive Festival in March next year.

‘Air Mail’, produced by Oscar Dawson (Holy Holy, Ali Barter) is the first single off Alex Lahey’s debut EP due out early 2016.
