Anyone who’s been to the Ikea in Richmond, Melbourne, or seen the city skyline of Sydney, knows the skipping Vinegar girl ‘Audrey.’

Originating from a skipping rhyme, the skipping girl vinegar sign was the first of its kind in Australia, and is now being immortalised in Jim Thalassoudis’ ‘The Luminous Night’ exhibition.

Finalist for the 2015 Wynne Prize with his the ‘Skipping Girl’ Audrey painting, Jim is officially exhibiting his piece from the 22nd October – 6th November.
