Gilligan Moss has given us his debut track ‘Choreograph’ and a glimpse of what is to come from the New York artists.
As the debut track from his Ceremonial EP, ‘Choreograph’ is a catchy tune that features the intricate patchwork of spiralling beats and a mix of psych-rock and synth pop.
The video is a mind-blowing quirky result of director Oscar Hudson’s creative juices. It features a typical and mundane domestic scene that loops for the videos entirety. On closer inspection, the scenes are created through perfectly timed choreography using twins and doubles, with no looping done in post-production. It’s an amazing contemporary video, which ends with the scene of the young boy as an old man dancing to the same song all those years later.
Ceremonial will be released on AMF Records/Caroline Australia on August 14th.
