Starting off their 2016 series, Nanda Hobbs Contemporary Art Gallery has just announced their newest exhibition by Craig Ruddy.

Most notably winning both the Archibald and the People’s Choice Prizes in 2004 with the monumental painting of David Gulpilil, his newest exhibition titled ‘Wild Grass’ focuses on the exploration and connection to the Australian landscape, with many of his pieces featuring a blurred, painterly background overlaid with light, illustrative figures.

Wild Grass will be Ruddy’s first solo show since returning to Sydney after living in Argentina for several years.
