Iconic fashion and modern electronic music have combined, in the form of a new partnership forging the likes of prolific Sydney based label Future Classic, and  apparel brand Le Coq Sportif.

The collaboration will see the release of a collection of limited edition clothing pieces and exclusive tracks, “reissued” and “remixed” from the archives.

The Reissue Project range delivers exclusive apparel for the Chet Faker, Flume and Flight Facilities fuelled label, which is set to deliver revisited street and sports wear archives, to develop six new designs paying homage to the fashion design, as well as the modern clubs of today.

The fashion collection features a cross section of styles- drop crotch fitted track pants, fleeced jumpers, classic raglan tees, a reversible jacket and bucket hat. Glow in the dark and reflective details for dark clubs and parties feature on classic sports pieces channeling the street wear aesthetic and athleticism of le coq sportif – each piece brings the two worlds together.

On the music end, the Future Classic faithful have reissued tracks from their very own musical archives, bringing fans new remixes as a part of the partnership.

Amongst the revisited tracks, Touch Sensitive’s 2006 classic ‘Body Stop’, Flume’s very first uploaded to Triple J Unearthed ‘Possum’, as well as features from Luke Million, Peret Mako and Stick Figures

So, how do you score?
