Imagine this. It’s late. You’ve had a long day at work. You have a paper or three due. You’re not going to do them. Why? It’s not Rev’s that’s calling you, it’s the National Gallery of Victoria. Happily announcing their Friday Nights for an NGV experience, the gallery are inviting all music lovers, foodies and tastemakers to enjoy the Masterpieces from the Hermitage: The Legacy of Catherine the Great, from the 2nd October.

The lineup, including acts like Banoffee, Edd Fisher and the I OH YOU DJs are just some of the highlight support acts, with headliners including Finnish ex-tram driver/now world-touring musician Jaakko Eino Kalevi, Augie March’s Glenn Richards and contemporary jazz leaders the Paul Grabowsky Trio. I don’t know about you, but I could wine and dine to this.
