Arguably one of the most talked about Australian releases of the millennium, Since I Left You has re-emerged in wax form, to the cheer of audiophiles around the world.
2017 has been one of the biggest years to date for The Avalanches, kicked started with the announcement of their sophomore LP Wildflower back in July. On top of this was news the celebrated electronic-via-hip hop vibes outfit would be appearing at the 2016 incarnation of Splendour In The Grass, signally something of a revival for the group, who had laid dormant for the best part of 16 years.
This time around on the pressing front, The Avalanches let fans decide which colour the re-press of Since I Left You should be. Sure enough, and somewhat unsurprisingly, ocean blue was the choice of punters, and here we are:
