2014 looks to be an iconic year for Sydney based radio network FBi, with the announcement of a brand new digital station set for release in the coming weeks. The new project, which is set to feature some of the countries most promising electronic music talents, will replace the existing simulacast of FBi which currently features on DAB+.
The 24 hour broadcast opts to bring to light the best new electronic and dance news, which compliments the existing commitment to the movement held by the independent station. The new project is set to feature ten new flagship programs , exclusive to the new station under the banner ‘FBi Click’.
Partnerships surrounding the new station have already formed, with names such as Astral People, Sweat It Out, Purple Sneakers and Halfway Crooks offering their expertise to launch the exciting new initiative. On top of this, the station will also feature exclusive mixes from some of the worlds best dance and electronic producers and DJs, exciting new tracks and input from FBi’s existing Sunset roster.
The new FBi station dedicated to electronic music launches Wed 25 June via 94.5 on DAB+.
In true FBi style, Click’s release is being celebrated in the form of a killer launch party, which is set to bring some of the stations marquee launch identities together to kick off the inaugural week of broadcast.
