Nashville alt-rock heroes Bully have announced the opening acts for their first Australian tour. Things just got even more interesting.

Bully have sourced a diverse mix of talent to play on home turf: for Sydney it’s FLOWERTRUCK, Melbourne gets Darts, while Tempura Nights are set to dazzle locals in Brisbane. Joining artists at all three shows will be Melbourne’s own The Rolling Blackouts, offering crowds their distinct blend of tough pop.

Bully’s kind of a big deal. Off the bat of their debut smash Feels Like, the four-piece have been heralded as one of the most critically acclaimed punk acts alive, named in Stereogum’s Best New Bands of 2015 lists, as well as placing a nice #23 in Spin’s 50 Best Rock Bands Right Now. Check out ‘Too Tough’ below to get a taste of their talent.

Following their EP Dirt earlier this year, FLOWERTRUCK are gearing up to unveil a full length record early next year, while the Rolling Blackouts and Darts are receiving some serious rotation of singles from their respective EPs on triple j. Tempura Nights are doing good things too, and at the forefront of Brisbane’s thriving garage scene.
