Since the Port Fairy Folk Festivals commencement back in 1977, the festival has hosted more than 3,500 acts to the streams of festival goers who gather in the quant fishing town every year. Grounded in the ethos of folk, roots and world music, the festival is now taking applications for artists who would like to perform at the upcoming 2017 festival.
The 2016 line up was graced with the likes of Cedric Brunside, Kate Miller-Heidke and Katie Noonan and the 2017 festival running from March 10 to 17, is shaping up to be just as grand. If you’d like to see your name amongst the line up in 2017, applications are open now and close Sunday 10 July. For more information, click here.
