In wake of the tragedy which rocked Brisbane’s local music scene, the sudden passing of As Paradise Falls brother in music Glen Barrie while they were in Thailand recording their forthcoming album. Glen’s impact upon the Australian Heavy Music Scene will not be soon forgotten, being fondly remembered as a positive, keen, helpful and happy guy who was always up for a show.
As Paradise Falls manager, Tom Byrnes , alongside Vanguard Touring and an army of supporters and friends, organised a benefit show in his honor on Friday November 27th.
Destroy All Lines is banding together with bands; As Paradise Falls, A Breach of Silence, Among the Vanished, Bayharbour, Down Royale and Trinatyde-donating the hire of The Brightside to the event with 100% of the money raised on the night going straight to Glen’s family.
A massive raffle is also set to be run on the night worth over $1000 in prizes from Seventh Circle Studio, Via Studios, Beserk, Bach Guitar Services, The Brightside and a Merch pack from the bands.
