Ahead of the release of their debut highly anticipated album Internal, Canberra trio SAFIA shared the video for their track ‘Over You’.
Straying away from their usual dark/ post-apocalyptic themes, their collaboration with New Zealand-based concept specialist Marcus Hofkoof proved to be the perfect visual narrative for the track. Shot in the UK, the video follows the story of a young man evidently trying to move on and the haunting feeling a break up can leave behind. Rotten apples, transparent hands and a sick car all feature in the 3 and a half minutes of pastel colours and frustration.
Accompanying the pop-electronic trio on their tour of Australia and New Zealand will be dance duo Set Mo and electronic dark horse Running Touch. Heading to their hometown first, SAFIA will embark on a number of shows all around the country, don’t miss out!
