Melbourne-based rockers A Gazillion Angry Mexicans are back with a fresh track, and its immediately recognisable with their grungy and high-octane sound. ‘Jonah and the Whale’ is the band’s latest release, with the opening guitar strum contrasting with the hectic beat that follows within seconds.

After releasing their EP Juan, Two, Three, Four back in 2014, A Gazillion Angry Mexicans have continued dishing out the tracks – each as intense as the next. Their 2015 single ‘Rattle My Cage’ not only received airtime on Triple M, but also took to international air-waves across US radio stations.

A Gazillion Angry Mexicans are as punchy as always with ‘Jonah and the Whale’. The powerful vocals consistently build throughout the track’s entirety, and the epic guitar rifts compliment them impressively.

The 3 minute 42 second song is striking throughout while eloquently illustrating the band’s impactful and unique message.
