Michelle Brasier is set to premiere her debut solo Melbourne International Comedy Festival show Space Tortoise commencing Thursday 24th March through to Sunday 17th April at the Melbourne Town Hall.
Brasier studied at both the Victorian College of the Arts and the University of Ballarat Arts Academy. She has been nominated for several Green Room Awards and is an accomplished singer, actor and writer and is one-half of award-winning comedy duo Backwards Anorak (A Hip Hikers Guide to the Galaxy, Winter Is Coming).
Like most casual employees working in retail, Space Tortoise has dreams for a life beyond polyblends. Go on a journey of love found and lost, trips planned then cancelled and all the friendships made along the way. Space Tortoise will be accompanied on stage by critically acclaimed Composer, Musical Director and Performer Shanon D. Whitelock.
